Though early plans for the casino included garage parking, the garage is no longer part of the plan. It will be on 37.5 acres of land and will include the hotel, a 140,000-square-foot casino, 2,000 ground parking spaces, a noodle restaurant, food court, 24-hour cafe and coffee shop.
The tribe broke ground on the casino site - about a mile from where the current casino stands in San Jacinto - in 2017. The Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians is getting closer to the completion of its brand new 200-room hotel and casino site with an announcement that it plans to open in the third week of February.
